A complete line of precision Waveguide and Flanges. MIL-W-85 requirements. Where complex waveguide network design require small, ultra precise tubing, our manufacturer provide tolerances down to ±0.0005”. Special parameters and inside finishes down to 10 micro-inches are available.
Our flanges meet the requirements of MIL-F-3922 and AN U/G specifications. Dual flanges are available both in aluminum and copper alloys.
Wide variety of Custom Designs.
The photo presents Reduced Height 24 Waveguide Power Divider. Equal phase, unequal power.
A wide variety of types are offered, tailored to specific applications.
Crossguide Couplers exhibit high power handling characteristics.
Loop Couplers, WR90 to WR2100. Used for directional power injection or extraction.
Branch Guide Couplers. Very short length and can handle almost full waveguide peak-pulse power capacity. Directivity is 20dB min.
Broadwall couplers,
Excellent phase and amplitude control to ensure deep nulls and minimal boresight shift with frequency. This unique design permits the use of both horizontal and vertical polarization in any antenna feed system.
Custom-designing Monopulse Antenna Feed Comparators to meet special requirements is available.
Compact Attenuator Pads having excellent electrical characteristics.
They are particularly useful where space is a critical factor.
8.5-37.0 GHz. WR28 through WR90.
Attenuation 10 - 50dB.
Low-power dielectric Phase Shifters are available from WR28 through WR137 waveguide sizes, and are ideal as phase trimmers in monopulse applications.
Four major groups: Sidewall 3 dB Couplers, Topwall 3dB Couplers, Sidewall Couplersother than 3 dB and Topwall Couplers other than 3dB. Thesemajor groups are sub-dividedinto EIA waveguide size (WR10thru 284).
Used in resonant rings, and can serve as attenuators, particularly where high power is involved. Peak power handling capacity ranges from 18KW in WR28 to 2.5MW in WR284.
Water cooling is optional for high power applications.
